Life Care Center of Cape Girardeau participates in Alzheimer’s walk

On Sept. 16, 2017, Life Care Center of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, participated in the Alzheimer’s Association’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s at Cape County Park North, Missouri.

On June 10, 2016, Life Care Centers of America’s Missouri Region was proud to sponsor and support the St. Louis-area VOYCE Agency’s annual conference, “The Changing Landscape of Long-Term Care.”

“Because Life Care has 11 buildings throughout Missouri, it is necessary for us to be a vital part of the resources for seniors,” explained Donna Rohr, divisional director of business development.

King and Queen of Hearts crowned at Life Care Center of Cape Girardeau

Life Care Center of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, celebrated Valentine’s Day 2016 with the Annual King and Queen of Hearts Luncheon and Coronation.

Residents, family members and associates were able to vote for the King and Queen ahead of time by placing their ballot in beautifully decorated boxes on each nursing unit. The votes were tallied, and Tracey Smith, activities assistant, announced the winners while the crowd watched with anticipation from the sidelines.
